Programme, Paper submission, time-slot
You request to change the time slot in the program. Your request has been transfered to Hans Weslund He will do his best to take your request in consideration. Changes will be done as soon as possible, however due to the timing, the update may only be done in the final electronic version of the programme and not for the printed version of the program.
Registration, payment and inclusion in the programme
If you have registered and your payment has not been received yet on ERSA account, your presentation has normaly not been included in the program. We invite you to pay your registration, as soon as we have it, if we still have time slot available, we will be in a position to include you in the program. Please note that due to the timing the update may only be done in the final electronic version of the programme and not for the printed version.
New version of paper or title uploaded.
Due to the period of the year, as the programme will be finilize beginning of July, it is unfortunateley not possible to change your title, update new version of your paper or do changes in your abstract.
Deadline extention
We are sorry to inform you it is now not possible to submit paper online. However you are welcome to come with a printed version at the congress. Your abstract submission linked to registration and payment are sufficient to be included in the programme.
In the Congress Participant Area under Paper submission/View documents and ’Session code’(*) you can read your session code.
How to read a SESSION CODE?
1) The first 3 letters stand for the date:
* FRI = Friday, August 20th 2010 * SAT = Saturday, August 21st 2010 * SUN = Sunday, August 22nd 2010
2) The number stands for the time slot:
* 1 = 09:00 - 10:30 * 2 = 11:00 - 12:30 * 3 = 13:30 - 15:00 * 4 = 15:30 - 17:00 * 5 = 17:00 - 18:30
3) The rest of the session code stands for the building and room code
EXAMPLE OF A SESSION CODE:
FRI_3_HLK HA211 = Friday, August 20th - time slot 3 - in building HLK room HA211
Question: Could you change the address on the Debit Note?
Yes, we will do it as soon as possible. Please note that in the congress online registration system you had the possibility to give a specific address for the billing. For future ERSA events we invite you to indicate your specific billing address directly while doing your registration online.
Question: If I have already registered, can I still pay online?
Unfortunately no, it is only possible to pay online when you select this payment option at the end of your online registration form.
Question: Is my payment in order?
Due to the high number of registrations (more than 950 by mid June) we invite all delegates to check their status online under the Congress Participant Area. It may take several days once we receive your payment to have your online status updated. If before July 5nd your status has not been updated and does not indicate that your payment has been received and you have paid, we invite you to send us an email at info@ersa.org with a copy of your proof of payment. Please indicate in the title of the email "AC10 proof of payment and your precise debit note reference". We will be able to validate your registration if we receive your proof of payment (or for France, your order form number).
Question: Unfortunately I have to cancel my registration, can I be refunded?
Yes it is possible. Please send us an email informing us of your withdrawal and we will send you a Refund Form after the congress event. Please see the Terms & conditions for refunds on the ERSA website.
Question: I would like to book for an accompanying person but I have already done my registration, is it possible to do it?
Yes, we will do it manually if you sent us by email the name of the accompanying person you want to add. We will send you a separate debit note for this registration. It could take 2 or 3 weeks.
