Abstract Submission is now open for the 50th Anniversary European Congress of the Regional Science Association International.
To submit an abstract online you must first login to the Congress Participant Area.
To submit your paper, you will need to go to the Congress Participant Area.
Presenters are restricted to two papers during the congress.

3) Above your abstract text, you should see a link "View PDF" (in blue) next to Uploaded paper.
For the 50th Anniversary European Congress of the Regional Science Association International, the Local Organising Committee has decided to introduce a Lower Fee policy as follows:

The Congress participant’s registration fee will include:
Participation in the scientific programme (sessions, round tables, etc...)
Congress bag (USB stick, Congress programme, list of participants etc)
Coffees and lunches
Welcome reception
Informal Dinner
Formal Congress Dinner
*RSAI member: you are a member of RSAI or one of its superregional organizations (ERSA, PRSCO, NARSC or RSAI-South America).
° There will be a reduced fee for those:
born in 1978 or later,
for delegates from lower income countries (see list below) and
for PREPARE candidates.
Lower income countries are defined as: countries of former Eastern Europe (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia), Turkey, Asia (excluding Japan, Korea and Israel), Africa and Latin America.
** The Accompanying person’s fee is intended for persons who want to accompany a delegate to the congress, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific programme (sessions, round tables, etc...). This fee will include:

The online REGISTRATION FORM is now OPEN!
Please select the correct option to register:
1. Enter the Congress Participant Area with your personal Access Key.
If you do not remember your Access Key or have lost it, click on "Forgot Access Key" in the Congress Participant Area.
2. Once you have reached the Home page, click on the "Register" button on the upper toolbar to get to the Registration Form.
1. Go to the Congress Participant Area and create a new account by clicking on "NEW USER".
2. Once you have filled in your contact details, you will be on the Home page of the Congress Participant Area, click on the "Register" button on the upper toolbar to get to the Registration Form.
3. You will receive your personal Access Key via email in order to re-enter the Congress Participant Area.
IMPORTANT: registration by May 31st enables you to benefit from the EARLY FEE, even if your payment is made after that date. Please keep in mind that:
1. payment by bank transfer must be made within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice
2. to have your abstract and/or paper included in the program, registration and payment must be made before June 18th. If you think your payment by bank transfer may not reach us by that date, please send an email to info@ersa.org with proof of your payment in attachment (i.e. copy of bank statement)
1) Registration & payment must be made by JUNE 18th, 2010 at the latest
to be included in the Congress program.
2) Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to ERSA
office (info@ersa.org).
3) A substitute participant will be accepted (a name will be required) in
case of total cancellation before JULY 31st, 2010. Contact ERSA office via
email.
4) In case of cancellation with no substitute :
- before JUNE 18th, the registration fee less an
administration fee of 20% will be refunded.
- after JUNE 18th, the registration fee less an administration
fee of 50% will be refunded.
- as of AUGUST 1st, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- refunds will be made after the congress event.
5) Participants who register, but who do not pay or do not attend will not
be able to participate in next year’s ERSA congress.
6) Substitute participants will be accepted - a name will be required.
However, shared places are not permitted.
7) By default, abstracts/papers will be included in the REPEC database.
