Fee levels

*ERSA (European Regional Science Association) is the supranational grouping of national regional science associations across Europe (see ERSA sections). ERSA is one of the three major superregional organizations (in North America, Europe and the Pacific) of RSAI ( Regional Science Association International). If you are an ERSA or RSAI member, you can benefit from ERSA-RSAI members fee level.

**It is agreed that the reduced fee applies to:
1. participants running for the EPAINOS award (for young scientists under the age of 33 see EPAINOS information)
2. PREPARE sessions participants
3. participants from Central and East European countries which are not EU members.

Congress participant’s registration fee will include
* Access to the full scientific programme
* Congress bag (Flash disk/pen drive, Congress programme, participants’ list etc.)
* Coffees, lunches
* Welcome reception
* Formal and Informal Congress Dinner

Accompanying persons’ fee will include

* Coffees, lunches
* Welcome reception
* Formal and Informal Congress Dinner

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note: The deadline for cancellation of registration is 31st July 2009, registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after that date. In case of cancellation, the Congress Organizer should be notified in writing. Payment minus an administration fee of 80 € will be refunded after the Congress.
