Terms & conditions


1) Registration & payment must be made by JUNE 18th, 2010 at the latest to be included in the Congress program.

2) Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to ERSA office (info@ersa.org).

3) A substitute participant will be accepted (a name will be required) in case of total cancellation before JULY 31st, 2010. Contact ERSA office via email.

4) In case of cancellation with no substitute :
- before JUNE 18th, the registration fee less an administration fee of 20% will be refunded.
- after JUNE 18th, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded.
- as of AUGUST 1st, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- refunds will be made after the congress event.

5) Participants who register, but who do not pay or do not attend will not be able to participate in next year’s ERSA congress.

6) Substitute participants will be accepted - a name will be required. However, shared places are not permitted.

7) By default, abstracts/papers will be included in the REPEC database.
