Introduction

In Lodz, we offer ERSA delegates three types of accommodation with different levels of comfort and service:

We have negotiated discount prices with four hotels in the city of Lodz for ERSA congress participants (to see details click here). All the rooms in the hotels are booked till the 15th of July and available to ERSA participants at a reduced price. Afterwards reservation is cancelled and we cannot gurantee room availability but the special discounted price remains as per our agreement.

Whenever you make a reservation don’t forget to give the password - ersa 2009.

There is also a possibility of housing in the student dormitories. For further information please click here.

Reservation of accommodation in student dormitories will be handled during registration and ( please note that you will be requested to pay for this type of accommodation upon registration.
