2009 ERSA CONGRESS - Deadlines for submission of papers & registration

Dear Participant,

This is a friendly reminder of some of the Congress deadlines for receiving and accepting papers. If you have already registered and paid, this is just for your information.

First of all, papers to be included on the Congress flash disk/USB stick should be submitted no later than June 30th 2009.

Secondly, in order to minimise the number of "no shows" during the Congress, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Local Organising Committee will draft the Congress programme during the week following July 15th 2009. That is why in order to have your paper included in the Congress programme, please make sure that at least one of the authors has registered for the Congress and paid the Congress fee by that date (July 15th).

"No shows" are among the biggest irritations during conferences, and are difficult to control by the organisers who, like we, want to allow presenters to work on their papers even shortly before the Congress. Thus we entirely depend upon our participants to help us minimise this problem during the ERSA 2009 Congress in Lodz.
