Professor Hubert BEGUIN passed away on January 24th, 2010
We are deeply saddened to announce the death of our colleague Hubert BEGUIN, emeritus Professor of Geography at Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium), who passed away on January 24th, 2010.
It is thanks to Professor BEGUIN that the ERSA headquarters were implemented in Belgium.
