ERSAC invitation Jonkoping August 2010
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I would like to invite you to the Meeting of the ERSA Council in Jonkoping, at 9 am on Sunday August 22. The meeting will take place either in the board room of JIBS (B7030) or in the Board room in the main congress building. I will inform you of the exact location in due course. Please find attached the Agenda for the Meeting. If you have any other business to discuss, you should notify me prior to the Meeting. I am also attaching the current ERSA Member Directory.
Please note that if you cannot be present in the Meeting and would like to send a representative to vote on behalf of your Section, you need to provide a written notification to the President and the Secretary prior to the Meeting.
Additional materials for the Meeting will be posted on ERSA website in the Member Area under the EOC - ERSAC section.
